The Confi-teens programme is for teen girls and boys who need a helping hand understanding what they’re feeling, how they can start being more self-confident, and how to face the difficulties of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, negative body image and toxic relationships.

Teenage years are complex, often with a lot of mixed emotions and stress, which can have an impact on who they become as adults.
